Welcome to Inovex Core Technology (Company No. 202403315297). By subscribing to our services, you have confirm that you (the client) agree to adhere to these terms & conditions agreement. These terms are legally binding and represent an agreement between you (the client) and the Inovex Core Technology company.

Website Design Policy

1. Inovex Core Technology reserves the right not to accept projects that promote racism, pornography or abusive content.
2. Inovex Core Technology reserves the right to suspend any website/ hosting account that link to any of the following (Nudity, pornography, threatening, abusive) contents.
3. Website created by Inovex Core Technology should have the statement “Website designed By Inovex Core Technology” placed at the bottom of the website’s footer.
4. Inovex Core Technology reserves the right to include in any project that developed by us into the Inovex Core Technology’s portfolio page.

Domain and Web Hosting Renewal

1. Clients are advised to provide a management-level or general email address and a valid contact number of someone who regularly checks emails for domain and hosting renewal notifications to ensure important notices reach the appropriate person.
2. Inovex Core Technology will not be held responsible for any service disruption or domain expiration if the renewal notice is sent to an incorrect or unmonitored contact provided by the client.
3. Inovex Core Technology will not auto renew client’s domain/ hosting server account. We will send out reminder email to customers 30 days before the service expiration date. Client needs to confirm on renewal and followed by payment.
4. If there are any changes to the provided email or contact number in future, please notify us at support@inovex.com.my.

Failure in Payment

1. Failure in payment for the website/ domain/ hosting server/ other services renewal will cause the website to shut down immediately after the expiry date.
2. Customer has to bear the risk of losing the ownership of domain/ hosting / website/ other services.

Cancellation of Orders

1. In the event if the order is cancelled due to the unavailability of goods or our inability to deliver the products, Inovex Core Technology will refund the amount paid.
